This delicious mango pickle paratha can be eaten with pickle, curd, or tea for breakfast or lunch.
Stuff:
1 cup wheat flour
1 tbsp oil (for moyan)

5 tbsp mango pickle masala
As required Ghee for roasting

Method:
Knead the dough by adding oil, salt, and water.
Keep covered for 10 minutes. Fill the pickle masala by taking dough and closing the seal and rolling it with light hands.
Roast the parantha on the Tawa with ghee on low flame from both sides.
Serve achari masala with hot tea.
