2. Spicy Gol Gappa

Soak white peas overnight. After that add salt to the white peas and boil it till it melts completely. Now mash both potatoes and peas well. 3. Pav Bhaji

Four potatoes, red and green one capsicum, one bowl of peas, two carrots, one cup cabbage, ginger, two onions, four tomatoes, green chilies, salt, pav bhaji masala, lemon juice, salt, oil, and butter.

Finely chop all the vegetables. After that add oil to the pan and fry all the vegetables. Add salt, pav bhaji masala, red chili, green chili to it. Now add a cup of water to the vegetables and let it melt well. You can also use a cooker for this. On the other hand, fry the chopped onion in a vessel and after the onion turns pink, add ginger and green chili and fry it for some time.

After this, add tomatoes, boiled peas, salt, and pav bhaji masala to it. Now mix the prepared spices with the prepared mixture of vegetables. Now let it cook for ten minutes. Now cut the pav or bread into a round shape to serve. After that, apply butter and fry it from both sides. Put the prepared bhaji on the pav. After this, garnish the pav by adding finely chopped onion, lemon juice, chopped green chilies, and coriander.

4. Mini balls

One cup of condensed milk, one and a half cup of coconut powder, one teaspoon of cardamom powder, red, green, and pink colors.
