1. Make Mini Uttapam in Lunch Recipe
If you want to give some tasty and healthy lunch to your child, then making mini uttapam can be a good idea. It consists of grated paneer, carrots, onions, tomatoes and freshly chopped chilies, and coriander leaves on top of the uttapam. Which makes it more healthy and delicious.
Ingredients of Mini Uttapam-
2-3 cups dosa batter
cup grated cheese
1/4 cup onion chopped
cup tomatoes chopped
cup carrots grated
2 green chilies finely chopped
2 tbsp green coriander finely chopped
tsp garam masala optional
Curry leaves finely chopped, optional
Oil
salt to taste

How to make Mini Uttapam -
First, prepare the dosa batter.
Now in another bowl mix everything together except the dosa batter.
Now put a pan on the gas and heat it on medium flame.
Now put some oil in it and add a spoonful of batter.
Spread it evenly a little thick.
Now, pour the prepared paneer-veg topping on the uttapam.
You, pour oil around the edges and put it on the lid.
Cook for 1-2 minutes until the base turns brown.
When it is cooked from one side, after a minute or two, flip the uttapam.
Now let it cook till the onion becomes caramelized and crispy.
Take out and take it out on a serving plate.
You can pack it with ketchup or coconut chutney for kids' lunch.
Note- If your child does not eat green chilies then you can skip it. If you want, you can mix a little red chili in the dosa batter.
Make Spinach Idli in Lunch Recipe
Since now the season of green vegetables has arrived and they are available in the market, then you can make spinach idli in the lunch box to include green vegetables in the diet of the child.
Ingredients of Spinach Idli-
1 cup idli batter
cup spinach puree
2 tbsp grated carrots (optional)
Oil for greasing the idli pan

Recipe of Spinach Idli-
First of all, take spinach, chop it finely and wash it well and blanch it.
Now let it cool down and put it in a mixer grinder and grind it to make a fine paste.
Now keep it aside.
Now add the ground paste to 1 cup idli batter and mix well.
Also, mix salt in it.
Make sure the spinach paste is mixed well.
Now, grease the idli mold with oil in an idli steamer.
Now put some chopped carrots in it and then pour a spoonful of batter in the idli mold from above.
Steam cook for about 10 to 12 minutes or till the idlis is cooked.
Cool a little and take out the prepared idlis from the idli mold with the help of a spoon or smooth side of a knife.
Spinach Idli can be packed in lunch.
Spinach idli can be packed in a lunch box with peanut chutney or onion chutney or coconut chutney.
If you want, you can also keep ketchup in the lunch box along with it.
