If you are fond of eating South Indian dishes, then try Poha Vada made in traditional style. 
South Indian Snack: Poha Vada
You can eat these vadas made of rice and urad dal with breakfast or evening tea.
Stuff:
100-100 grams unpeeled urad dal and rice
1 cup Poha (soaked)
3 tablespoons gram flour
3-4 green chilies (chopped)
2 tbsp Green Coriander (chopped)
1 piece of ginger grated

tsp black pepper powder and cumin
salt to taste
1-1 tsp baking soda and fruit salt
oil for frying
Method:
Soak urad dal and rice for 4-6 hours.
After draining the water, grind the lentils, rice, and poha in a mixer with a little water.

Mix all the remaining ingredients except oil for frying in this paste.
Heat oil in a pan, add medium-sized vadas, and fry them on low flame till golden brown.
Serve with coconut chutney.
