Bananas and bananas are an integral part of the festival. Why not make a banana first ice cream cone with ona sadya?
Ingredients:
Bananas (Bananas) - 1
Ghee - 3–4 tablespoons
Palm sugar - 1/4 cup
Jaggery - 150 g (3/4 cup powdered)
Water - 1/4 cup (to melt jaggery)
First milk (head milk) - 1 cup

Cashews - 1/2 cup (slightly soaked in water)
Second milk - 1/4 cup
Cardamom - 1/2 tsp (peeled and powdered)
Chuck powder - 1/2 tbsp
Coconut finely chopped - a handful
Ghee - enough for frying
Preparation:
1. Boil the bananas, eliminate the fiber and seeds, and mash.
2. Heat ghee in a frying pan or thick pan, add bananas and fry.
3. At the point when it is 3/4 cooked, add palm sugar and let it dry.
4. add jaggery and water, heat in a pan, and melt
5. When the dried fruit is cool, add the melted jaggery and the rest of the ingredients and beat in a mixer.

6. Pour into a bowl and refrigerate for 6-8 hours
7. Pour the cold mixture into the ice cream maker and stir for 20 minutes
8. Pour into a freezer-safe container and store in the freezer.
9. Ice cream scooped up and ready to serve!
10.If desired, ghee-fried with coconut can be garnished on top of ice cream.
(If you want to make it without the ice cream maker, just take it out of the
freezer every 1-2 hours and beat it in a mixer or electric beater.)
