Cheese cloak
Ingredients:
Paneer 250 grams, Soaked cashews 10, Ginger and Garlic glue 1-1 tsp, Red chili powder 1 tsp, Coriander powder 1 tsp, Green chili as per taste, Big cardamom 1, Green cardamom 2, Red tomato paste 2 cups, Cinnamon 1, Salt to taste, bay leaves 2, fresh cream 2 tsp, garam masala mixture 2/3 tsp, musk methi 1 tsp, butter.
Strategy:
Cut the paneer into squares, Make a paste of cashew, cinnamon, black cardamom, and green cardamom. Put butter in a pan, fry bay leaves and chopped onions, and fry till the onions turn brown in color.
After this, add tomato paste and remaining spices and cook it well and cook till oil leaves from the spices. While cooking the spices, do not forget to add cashew paste to it, cook all the spices with cashew nuts for 3-4 minutes.
In the wake of cooking the flavors well, add a cup of water, permit the sauce to arrive at the limit, keep the flame low at the time of boiling. After this, add chopped paneer and musk leaves, mix well and cook well for about 7 to 8 minutes. Finally, embellish the dish with coriander leaves.

Cheese Taka Tuck
Ingredients:
Paneer (paneer in pieces) 3 cups, Kasoori fenugreek 1 tsp, red chili powder 1 tsp, turmeric powder the tsp, salt as per taste, oil as peruse, cumin tsp, carom seeds tsp, onion finely chopped cup, garlic paste 2 tsp, coriander powder 1 tsp, tomato puree 1 cup, cream 2 tbsp, chilies chopped 1 tsp, garam masala mixture ½ tsp.
Method:
Mix paneer with red chili powder, kasoori fenugreek, turmeric powder, and salt as per taste and mix it well and leave it for 20 minutes. After this, put light oil in the pan and roast the paneer. In a similar pan add more oil and add cumin, onion, and green chili and fry it well.
After this, add red pepper, coriander powder along with garlic paste and mix it. After a while add carom seeds and then cook all the spices for 4 to 5 minutes. After cooking the spices, add light water and mix the crispy paneer with the spices and add some fresh cream and cook for 3-4 minutes. Finally, garnish the dish with Kasturi methi.
Pav Bhaji Pizza
Ingredients:
6 raw bananas, chopped 2-3 tomatoes, onion chopped 1, capsicum chopped 1-2, peas cup, red chili powder 1 tsp, turmeric powder tsp, coriander powder tsp, Pav bhaji masala 2-3 tsp, salt to taste, cumin 1 tsp, water 1 jug, lemon 1, cooking oil, pizza base 1, butter 1 tsp.
Ingredients for Garnish: Onion 1, 2-3 cups cheese.
Method:
First of all cook raw bananas in a pressure cooker.Subsequent to aging the banana, peel it and grate it. Take a deep pan, add oil to the pan and fry the cumin seeds for 10-12 seconds. After this, add onion, capsicum, tomato to the pan and cook it well for about 10 to 12 minutes. Subsequent to cooking these vegetables, add red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, Pao bhaji masala, salt with boiled green peas, mix it well and fry the spices for 2-3 minutes.
After cooking the spices, add mashed raw banana and cook it well for about 10 minutes. At the point when every one of the vegetables is cooked well, then at the end add the juice of 1 lemon and mix it well and leave it to cool for some time.
Take a Tawa pan, heat it and apply butter on the pizza base and make the pizza base crispy brown. After crisping the pizza base, spread the prepared bhaji well on the pizza base and add some chopped onions and mozzarella cheese on top of it. Bake the pizza in the oven at 180 degrees for 10-12 minutes.

Paneer Tikka Stuffed
Ingredients:
Paneer 250 grams (thinly cut lengthwise), Curd cup, Besan the cup, Capsicum, Tomato, Onion 1 (large size), Coriander leaves 1 tbsp, Butter/Ghee 1 tbsp Oil 1 tbsp, Black pepper 1 tsp, Chaat masala 1 tsp, Lemon juice tsp, Red chili powder tsp, Cumin powder tsp, Ginger paste tsp, Green chili paste tsp spoon, turmeric powder tsp, salt as per taste.
Method:
First of all, add gram flour, black pepper powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, ginger paste, green chili paste, oil, and salt (if needed, add a little water and beat it in curd.) After this, add cottage cheese to the curd solution. Add them and mix them and keep them for an hour. After an hour takes out the pieces of paneer and keep them on a plate and then keep them in the fridge for 1 hour.
Now wash the capsicum and tomatoes. Cut capsicum, remove its seeds and cut it into thin and long pieces. Similarly, cut the tomato and separate its seeds, and cut the remaining tomatoes into thin and long pieces. Peel and wash the onion too. After this cut it into 4-6 pieces and separate 2-2 layers of it.
Presently heat spread in a nonstick skillet. Add butter and cook them on low flame till they turn golden brown. Add cumin powder to the remaining butter and fry it lightly. Then put capsicum and tomato pieces in it, mix and cover and cook for 2 minutes
After this, add fried paneer pieces, chaat masala, and lemon juice to the pan and stir for a minute. Then sprinkle green coriander and switch off the gas. Tawa Paneer Tikka is prepared.
Garlic Bread with Cheese
Ingredients:
Bread 3-4, Butter 4 tbsp, Cheese 3 tbsp, Milk 1 cup, Oregano tsp, Chili flakes tsp, Garlic paste 2 tsp, Salt to taste, Black pepper powder tsp, Vegetables (Capsicum, Cabbage, onion finely chopped) 1 large bowl, flour 1 tbsp, oil as required.
Method:
Firstly place a pan on medium flame. Then add 2 spoons of butter to it and after melting, add flour and fry it golden while stirring. Now add milk to it and keep stirring with light hands so that there are no lumps in the dough. As soon as bubbles start coming in the dough, add chopped vegetables to it and mix and cook.
After this, add salt and a pinch of black pepper powder to it and cook for 3 minutes. The paste is ready to apply to the bread. Now sprinkle butter, garlic paste, prepared mixture, chili flakes, black pepper, oregano on the bread pieces with a spoon and grate the cheese.
Prepare all the bread by the same process. After this, put oil in the pan on low flame and place the bread slices. covered it for 2 minutes, then remove the lid and serve by taking out the cheese garlic bread on a plate.
