How to make Keto Dosa-
To make Keto Dosa, first mix almond flour, mozzarella, salt, cumin powder, asafoetida in a bowl.
Now prepare a batter by adding coconut milk to it. Adjust its consistency.
Let the batter sit for at least 10-15 minutes.
If needed, you can add some lukewarm water to it.
Now heat a nonstick dosa on a griddle.
Grease it by pouring coconut oil on it.

1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
turmeric powder

garam masala or tandoori masala powder

Lemon juice
1 tbsp oil
salt to taste

How to make Keto Tandoori Broccoli Tikka -
First, take broccoli and cut it.
Try to cut them roughly to one size.
Now it's time to blanch the broccoli.
For this, put water and salt in a vessel.
Now boil it. Put the broccoli in boiling water and let it cook for 1 minute.
Then put the broccoli in a bowl filled with water and ice cubes.
After they cool down, drain the water and pat them dry with a kitchen or paper towel.
