Recipe For Baked Palak Paneer

Stuff-
1. Olive oil one tablespoon
2. Onion (finely chopped) one, Eggs 2-3,
3. grated cottage cheese two cups,

5. milk a cup,
6. Nutmeg grated tsp,
7. Spinach (chopped) 2 cups,
8. Parmesan cheese (grated) cup,
9. two cups of bread crumbs,
10. Salt and pepper as per taste.

Method-
1. Preheat the oven to two hundred degrees Celsius.
2. Add oil to the bread crumbs, spread them in a baking dish, and keep them aside.
3. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, cream, milk, nutmeg, salt to taste, pepper, cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, and onion.
4. Now wash the spinach and squeeze out its water and add it to the egg mixture and mix it.
5. Then transfer it to a dish containing bread crumbs.
6. After this, bake it for twenty minutes until bubbles start rising in it and golden brown on top.
7. Serve.
