Material :

1 cup leftover mixed veg, 1 cup semolina, 1.5 tbsp ghee, 1 tsp mustard, 1 tsp urad dal, 2 chopped chilies, 10 curry leaves, 1 tsp red chili powder, 1 tsp sugar, salt to taste, 2.5 cups water, some green coriander.

Way :

First, put semolina in the pan.

Presently dry roast it well and take it out and keep it to the side.

Presently put ghee in a similar pan. Add mustard seeds, urad dal, curry leaves, and finely hacked green chilies and mix

Now add mixed veg vegetable and mix it well. After around 20 seconds add semolina and salt and mix. Presently add water and let it cook for some time. 

After around two minutes the upma will be prepared.

- Take it out in the verses. Embellishment with finely slashed coriander leaves on top. 

- Serve the bowl loaded up with arranged upma in breakfast or evening snacks. 

Tips 

Whenever served by adding simmered peanuts or namkeen to the upma, its taste builds complex.
