 Basil oil in a potato tomato salad

Salad is a food that many people are incomplete without. You can easily add this simple salad to your diet chart this Eid-ul-Fitr. Because the basil oil present in it will make your diet healthier.

Let's see how to make this different salad.

Materials

Mint leaves - 2 cups

Olive oil - 150 ml

Garlic - 2 cloves

Dried mint leaves + coriander leaves powder - 1 tbsp

Folded mustard - 1 tablespoon

Onion - 1 p.m.

Vinegar - 1/4 cup

Cherry tomatoes - 300 g

Small cucumber - 1 p.m.

Potato - 600 grams

Folded nuts - 2 tablespoons

Preparation method

Take water in a pot and add salt in it. The mint leaves should be steamed for 10 minutes. Then you have to chop the water.

In a separate bowl, mix garlic, dried mint, coriander leaves, mustard, onion, vinegar and 2 teaspoons of basil oil.

Then you have to take cucumber and tomato in it. I have to leave it for a while.


Boil the potatoes in a saucepan with water. Boil on low heat for 20 to 25 minutes. The potatoes need to be cooled by dropping water.

Cold potatoes should be broken into salad dressings. Add a little more basil oil.


Sprinkle nuts and olive oil on top of the salad while serving.
